Transitions to adulthood, participation, non-formal education, and pedagogy in (post-)migration societies. Particular expertise in qualitative social research methods, evaluation and practice research.

PhD in Educational Science (Dr. rer. soc.) with a dissertation on constructions of “ethnicity” and
“disadvantage” in school-to-work transitions in international comparison.
